According to the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW), here are some recent fish plants in this general area:
Sept. 6: Squaw Creek Reservoir in Washoe County: 4,500 rainbows, 9.5 inches.
Sept. 6: Truckee River in Washoe County: 3,935 rainbows, 9.4 inches.
Sept. 7: Truckee River in Washoe County: 3,548 rainbows, 10 inches.
Sept. 7: Wilson Common Pond in Washoe Valley: 630 rainbows, 10.6 inches.
Sept. 7: Davis Creek Pond in Washoe Valley: 630 rainbows, 10.6 inches.
Sept. 12: Hinkson Slough on the Mason Valley Wildlife Management Area: 1,002 rainbows, 10.6 inches.
Sept. 12: West Walker River in Lyon County: 2,901 rainbows, 10.6 inches.
Sept. 15: Sparks Marina in Sparks: 6,098 rainbows, 8.8 inches.
