Julia O. Bakos, 81, a Carson City resident for the past eight years, died Sept. 23, 2005, in Carson City. She was born March 1, 1924, in Portland, Ore., to Vernon and Mary Webb.
She married Edward Bakos on Sept. 30, 1978, in Las Vegas.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Redding, Calif.
Mrs. Bakos enjoyed reading, puzzles, her cats and she was a fan of Western movies.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
Among her survivors are her husband of Carson City; sons Ron Percivalle of Reno and Don Percivalle of Newhall, Calif.; daughters Connie Pagliano of San Marino, Calif., Cathy Jaillet and Sheree Burns, both of Seattle, Wash., and Denise Clifton of Sparks; sister Emily Stanfield of Chehalis, Wash.; twin brother George Webb of Redding and brother Walter Webb of California; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A private service will be at a later date.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
