The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Ward Conley Smith, 39, a concrete worker from Fallon, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. Friday on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor contempt of court and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,254.


• A 26-year-old window tinter from Carson City was arrested at 8:17 p.m. Thursday on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,132. Also arrested was a 21-year-old unemployed Carson City woman on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,132.


• Jolene Kaspar, 18, a tattoo artist from Carson City, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Friday at Stewart and Musser streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. Bail was set at $2,500.


The following are some of the 167 calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• Graffiti was reported in the 1200 and 1300 blocks of Monte Rosa, 500 block of Bath Street, 200 block of Bath Street, 900 block of Roop Street, 3600 block of Centennial Park Drive, 1300 block of Ladera Drive, 1300 block of Stanford Drive, 1200 block of Woodside Drive, 2000 block of Kansas Street and the 2700 and 2800 blocks of Carmine Street.


• Fraud report in the 1100 block of West Fourth Street at 10:52 a.m.


• Threat report in the 2500 block of North Carson Street at 8:48 a.m.


• A white, 1995 Toyota Tacoma with a camper shell and Nevada plates was reported missing from the 1800 block of North Carson Street between 11 a.m. and 3:04 p.m.


• Tools were stolen from the 1200 block of Woodside Drive at 5:39 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the 109 calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• Felony arrest in the 100 block of Douglas Street at 1:19 p.m.


• Accident on Highway 50 Alternate in Fernley at 7:31 a.m. a


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 10:24 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 50 in Mound House at 4:36 p.m.


• Felony arrest following the report of a residential burglary in the 400 block of Sage Street at 7:10 p.m.


• Residential burglary report in the 100 block of Rosecrest Drive at 9:28 p.m. in Fernley.


Storey County


The following are some of the 26 calls to which deputies responded Thursday:


• A report of speeding dump trucks on Lousetown Road at 1:17 p.m.


• A man in Washington reported losing his hearing aids in Virginia City last week.


• A woman lost and then found her purse on South C Street at 4:53 p.m.


• An intoxicated woman fell on South Main Street and was bleeding from her head at 11:23 p.m.
