The Carson Fly Fishing Club is offering a series of fly tying classes, beginning Feb. 15.
Those classes will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings and at 9 a.m. on Saturdays in the conference room of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
The BLM complex is located at 5665 Morgan Mill Road in Carson City.
Anyone interested in the sport of fly fishing or fly tying is invited to attend the classes.
No experience is necessary and the equipment and materials will be provided.
A different fly will be covered each day.
The schedule is:
Feb. 15: Introduction and Beetle.
Feb. 18: Chamois Nymph.
Feb. 22: Tellico Nymph.
Feb. 25: Light Cahill.
March 4: Goddard Caddis.
March 8: Muddler Minnow.
