The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 19-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 2:54 a.m. Monday at Molly and Long streets on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation, driving on a suspended license, hit-and-run and no insurance. Bail was set at $5,496.
• Richie Swain Fernando, 27, unemployed from Reno, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of East Spear Street on suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.
• Phillip Fitzgerald, 22, a transient, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. Sunday in the 4000 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of marijuana for sale, trafficking and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $21,132.
• Bradley Owen Emmans, 20, a dental assistant from Carson City, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of David Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor statutory sexual seduction and misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bail was set at $15,632.

• A juvenile was caught stealing at 4:31 p.m. Friday at Mark Twain Elementary School after he was advised earlier by a deputy if he was caught again he'd be arrested.
• A man stole a 17-inch flat-screen television from Wal-Mart at 5:40 p.m. Friday.
• A mother reported Saturday at 2:13 a.m. her son took her television and pawned it.
• A vehicle was burglarized Friday night in the 3100 block of Douglas Drive.
• A vehicle was burglarized between noon and 6:52 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of David Street.
• A purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block of Stanford Drive sometime Saturday night.
• A vehicle on Ladera Drive was burglarized and a cell phone left behind sometime Friday night.
• A CD player was stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Green Drive sometime Friday night. The culprit left a screwdriver behind.
• A 5-year-old boy found wandering on Airport Road at 9:45 p.m. was returned to his grandmother after it was determined the boy left her house after everyone went to bed.
• A 1995 GMC Jimmy was stolen from the 3100 block of North Carson Street sometime Saturday night.

• Residential burglary report in the 2800 block of Tonopah Street in Silver Springs at 12:01 p.m.
• Domestic dispute report in the 300 block of Gazzigli Lane in Fernley at 12:38 p.m.
• Motor vehicle accident with fire on Main Street in Fernley at 2:16 p.m.
• Domestic dispute in the 400 block of Randon Court in Fernley at 7 p.m.
• Injury to motor vehicle report on Justin Way in Fernley at 7:32 p.m.
• Report of a child in need of supervision in the 1400 block of East Newlands Drive in Fernley at 8:28 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
• Domestic dispute in the 3700 block of Amber Street in Silver Springs at 8:28 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
• Harassing or obscene phone call report in the 200 block Inverness Court in Dayton at 9:51 p.m.
Storey County

• A motorcycle accident on State Route 341 at 3:22 p.m.
• A traffic citation was issued at 3:47 p.m. on Six Mile Canyon Road.
