Honour, Pigman

Erika Honour and Paul Pigman have announced their engagement.

Erika is the daughter of Joanne Honour and Thomas Honour, both of Las Vegas. She is a 2001 graduate of El Dorado High School in Las Vegas and a 2005 graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she received a bachelor's degree in sports medicine. She is working on her doctorate program at UNLV in physical therapy. Erika works part-time in the retail business.

Paul is the son of Donna and Daniel Pigman of Carson City. He is a 1998 graduate of Carson High School and 2000 graduate of Western Nevada Community College where he received an associate's degree in machine tool technology and general studies. He is studying for a bachelor's degree in aerodynamics and mechanical engineering at UNLV. Paul works in Las Vegas.

Erika and Paul plan to marry June 24 in Las Vegas.

Hansen, Brumme

Colleen Hansen and Jared Brumme have announced their engagement.

Colleen Hansen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hansen of San Antonio, Texas. She is a 2002 graduate of Churchill High School in San Antonio and is attending South Texas State University, San Marcos, where she is majoring in elementary education.

Jared is the son of Michael and Joni Downey of Carson City and John E. Brumme Sr. of Corpus Christi, Texas. He is a 2002 graduate of Churchill High School. Jared is a paramedic/firefighter with the Bexar County Fire Department in San Antonio.

The couple became engaged while aboard the M.S. Dixie II on Lake Tahoe. Colleen and Jared plan to marry in the spring of 2007 in San Antonio.
