• Wienerschnitzel No. 648, 3359 Highway 50 E., scored 100 points.

• Wonder Bread and Hostess Cakes, 4630 Highway 50 E., scored 100 points.

• Ed's Doghouse, 3300 Airport Rd., 98. -2 Speed gun requires thorough cleaning.

• Albertsons No. 194 Coffee Cart, 3620 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Slotworld Bar/Lounge, 3879 Highway 50 E., 99. -1 Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residue, or are not used properly.

• China East, 1810 Highway 50 E., 94. -1 Eggs (raw) stored in No. 10 cans (former mushroom, water chestnuts). -2 Poultry/poultry product is held cold between 41-45 F. -2 Frozen fish/seafood is being thawed in a manner that does not minimize microbial growth (specifically, in food-preparation sink area). -1 Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residue, or are not used properly.

• Jimboy's Tacos No.. 195, 2190 Highway 50 E., 98. -2 At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler and must be present during hours of operation.

• Jenny Craig Weight Loss Center, 444 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Thai Spice Kitchen, 111 E. Telegraph St., 98. -1 An accurate metal-stem thermometer is not provided or readily available. -Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residue, or are not used properly.

• Carson City Nugget Bar/Lounge, 507 N. Carson St., 96. -1 No sanitizer bucket is available. -2 Food-contact surfaces of the speed gun near the cash register had debris build-up. -1 Non-food contact surfaces in the two "display line cabinets" have syrup build-up inside on the bottom.

• Arco AM/PM No. 82341, 4190 S. Carson St., 97. -2 Donuts are not protected from contamination. The upper door on the plastic display box is missing. -1 Lights are not properly shielded or protected in the food-preparation area.
