The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 59-year-old Starbuck's employee from Carson City was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 70-year-old retired man from Carson City was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of East Long Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.
• A 39-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 4 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor causing a hit-and-run accident involving property damage. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 22-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 1:01 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.
• A 41-year-old sales associate from Gardnerville was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of North Stewart Street on suspicion of misdemeanor defrauding an inn keeper. Bail was set at $287.
• A 32-year-old waitress from Gardnerville was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence and failure to pay fines. Bail was set at $1,285 cash.
• A 23-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 12:30 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,253.
• A 19-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Rand Avenue on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $394 cash.
• A 46-year-old manager from Carson City was arrested at 12:50 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 27-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 3:52 a.m. Saturday in the 3500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $839 cash.
• A 23-year-old medical technician from Reno was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Saturday at Carson and William streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and failure to obey a traffic control device. Bail was set at $1,239.
• Victor Martinez, 30, of Reno, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of a prescription narcotic and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,285.
• Elijah Alexander Mungaray, 20, of Carson City, was arrested at 1 a.m. Saturday in the 4100 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of a firearm while under the influence, misdemeanor minor in possession of a firearm, obstructing a peace officer and minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $5,644.
• Cruz Juarez Gutierrez, 49, of Carson City, was arrested at 3:24 a.m. Saturday in the 3500 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon, gross misdemeanor pointing a firearm at another person, and misdemeanor possession of a firearm while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,000.
Lyon County
The following are some of the 169 calls to which deputies responded:
• A report of a domestic dispute in the 1300 block of Grasslands Drive in Mark Twain at 2:22 a.m. Friday.
• A report of a residential burglary in the 10 block of Sierra Street in Yerington at 11:13 a.m. Friday.
• A report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Pinenut Drive on tribal lands at 12:45 p.m. Friday.
• A drunk driver on Highway 339 in Mason Valley at 9:06 p.m. Friday.
• A drunk driver involving a pursuit eastbound on Highway 50 in Silver Springs at 11:03 p.m. Friday.
Storey County
The following are some of the 28 calls to which deputies responded:
• A burglary in the 100 block of USA Parkway in McCarran at 8:21 a.m. Friday.
• A report of an unknown woman making harassing phone calls to a residence in the 40 block of South I Street in Virginia City at 9:41 a.m. Friday.
• A customer at a business in the 1100 block of Wild Horse Canyon Drive in Lockwood requested a deputy after damaging a piece of furniture at 2:19 a.m. Saturday.
