The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 29-year-old landscaper from Carson City was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Monday at Woodside and Stanford drives on suspicion of drunken driving, driving without insurance, and driving without a license. Bail was set at $3,818.

• A 25-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 8:30 p.m. Monday on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Dawn Michelle Fox, 36, unemployed from Carson City was arrested at 5:05 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony burglary and obtaining money under a false pretenses. She allegedly tried to return to a grocery store items she never bought. Bail was set at $3,132.

• John Potes, 35, a transient construction worker, was arrested at 2:04 p.m. Monday on suspicion of felony attempted vehicle burglary and misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $26,010.

The following are some of the 126 calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Fire at the Koontz Lane water tank at 11:21 a.m.

• A report a mother "slammed 8-year-old son on the couch" at 3:31 p.m. in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road. The asthmatic child was having difficulty breathing. Child protective services was notified.

• Accident at the Carson City Landfill at 5:06 a.m.

• Coroner call in the 2800 block of Highway 50 East at 7:56 p.m.

• Domestic battery with an arrest in the 100 block of Koontz Lane at 8 p.m.

• Hit-and-run accident involving one vehicle ramming several others at North Roop Street and Winnie Lane at 8:55 p.m.

• A 1986 blue Honda Prelude with Nevada plates was reported at 9:22 pm. to have been stolen from the 900 block of South Carson Street.

• Misdemeanor arrest in the 10000 block of Highway 50 East in Silver Springs at 8:42 a.m.

• Accident in Dayton on Highway 50 East at 9:18 a.m.

• Shoplifting report at the Carson Plains Market in Mark Twain at 11 a.m.

• Accident on Interstate 80 in Fernley at 1:03 p.m.

• Fight on Tahoe Avenue in Stagecoach at 6:42 p.m.

• Accident on Interstate 80 at Tracy exit in Fernley at 7:42 p.m.

• Accident at Highway 50 and Hazen Drive in Fernley at 9:12 p.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 6000 block of Frontage Road in Mark Twain at 10:12 p.m
