The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 26-year-old carpet layer from Carson City was arrested at 2:26 a.m. Saturday at Northridge and Ridgecrest drives on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence second offense and speeding. Bail was set at $2,719.


• A 27-year-old bouncer from Carson City was arrested at 4:04 p.m. Friday at Airport Road and Pontius Drive on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic matter. Bail was set at $1,631 cash.


• A 23-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 5:32 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of North Edmonds Drive on suspicion of reckless driving. Bail was set at $632.


• A 47-year-old laborer from Mound House was arrested at 7:52 a.m. Friday in the 2000 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,000.


• A 42-year-old maintenance worker from Carson City was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of criminal contempt. No bail was set.


• A 21-year-old service worker from Carson City was arrested at 9:59 a.m. Friday in the 2000 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of failure to appear. Bail was set at $287 cash.




Lyon County


The following are some of the 104 calls to which deputies responded:


• A drunk driver on Highway 50 East and Pinenut Drive in Mark Twain at 4:10 a.m. Friday.


• Sale or possession of drugs at the Vine Street Racetrack in Fernley at 4:14 a.m. Friday.


• A motor vehicle accident involving property damage in the 500 block of Summer Street in Fernley at 7:02 a.m. Friday.


• A report of a residential burglary in the 2500 block of Truckee Street in Silver Springs at 2:56 p.m. Friday.


• A drunk driver on Highway 399 and Haygrowers Road in Mason Valley at 8:15 p.m. Friday.


• A domestic dispute in the 5200 block of Peek Avenue in Silver Springs at 10:49 p.m. Friday.


Storey County


The following are some of the 21 calls to which deputies responded:


• A traffic stop at Territory Way and Edith Lane in Dayton at 8 p.m. Friday. Driver was issued a warning for failure to yield.


• A traffic stop on Canyon Way in Lockwood at 10:45 p.m. Friday. Driver was issued a warning for mechanical components.


• A traffic stop on State Road 341 in Virginia City Highlands at 11:22 p.m. Friday. Driver was issued a warning.
