A former Lyon County title-company owner has been sentenced to 21 months in prison for crimes including identity theft.

In addition to prison, Donna Lynn Glock, of Yerington, was ordered to pay nearly $320,000 in restitution and serve three years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Howard McKibben.

McKibben imposed the sentence for identity theft, tax evasion and diverting corporate monies for her own personal use. She also obtained mortgage loans in the names of other individuals, according to U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden.

"Individuals who abuse the authority of their position to commit identity theft and fraud are fueling one of the most significant crime problems currently facing the nation and Nevada," Bogden said.

Glock pleaded guilty to the charges.
