The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 44-year-old engineer from Carson City was arrested at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday at Roop Street and Winnie Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense driving under the influence and expired registration. Bail was set at $2,739.
• David Sean Cozby, 22, of Dayton, was arrested at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday at Highway 50 East and State Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.
• Lenox Lacour, 22, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. Tuesday at Milliman Way on suspicion of felony violation of probation and misdemeanor battery. No bail was set.
• A 45-year-old unemployed transient was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence and petit larceny. Bail was set at $3,337 cash.
• Justin Douglas Synder, 27, a transient, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of two counts of felony failure to appear, possession of prescription drugs, obtaining or using a false identity to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor violation of suspended sentence. No bail was set. Also arrested was Kimberly Foxon, 24, a transient, on suspicion of felony failure to appear, possession of prescription drugs and obtaining or using a false identity to avoid prosecution. No bail was set.

• A fight at Carson High School at 12:29 p.m. Wednesday.
• A woman pulling her 5-year-old by the arms and legs and putting the child into a truck in the 2100 block of Jodi Lane at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday.
Lyon County
The following are some of the 94 calls to which deputies responded:
• A report of child abuse or neglect in the 30 block of Rose Peak Road in Dayton at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday.
• A neighborhood dispute in the 50 block of Industrial Parkway in Mound House at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday.
• A domestic dispute in the 200 block of James Court in Mound House at 4:54 p.m. Tuesday.
• A report of a subject with a gun in the 100 block of Pedlar Road in Silver City at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday.
• A battery in the 60 block of South Rainbow Drive in Mark Twain at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday.
Storey County
The following are some of the 30 calls to which deputies responded:
• A traffic stop at Waltham Way at USA Parkway in Lockwood at 6:22 a.m. Tuesday. Driver was issued a citation for a suspended license.
• A traffic stop at Sam Clemens Avenue and Six Mile Canyon Road in Dayton. Driver was issued a warning.
• A report of vandalism to equipment in the 1900 block of Castle Peak Road in the Virginia City Highlands at 1:43 p.m. Tuesday.
