Why attend?
"This is going to help shape the businesses we are going to attract to Northern Nevada. I think for Northern Nevada's economy to really boom and become strong they need to have a plan or vision and people need to be involved in it. This is important to business leaders and the community at large because they have a stake in this."
- Donal Hummer Jr., Harley-Davidson Financial Services community and government affairs vice president
"This is the culmination of the Northern NVision product. We'll reveal our final recommendations for how the region can improve itself to attract the targeted industries (which includes business and financial services, software, clean energy and advanced manufacturing, which was part of a previous report)."
- Ben Loftsgaarden, project manager, of AngelouEconomics
"We're looking forward to the NVision reports because we know it'll allow our communities to make a cohesive plan for the future."
- Anne Hansen, director of information and marketing services for Western Nevada Community College
