The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 27-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of probation violation. Bail was set at $3,000.
• A 24-year-old carpenter from Reno was arrested at 10:30 p.m. in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of bail conditions. Bail was set at $1,000.
• A 26-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 6:04 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of North Fall Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
• A 55-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 7:09 a.m. Thursday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony forging prescription. Bail was set at $15,000.
• Joseph Steven Xavier, 21, a car wash employee from Silver Springs, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Thursday in the 1700 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony obtaining money under false pretenses, misdemeanor contempt of court, failure to appear and failure to pay a fine. Bail was set at $12,680.
• A 39-year-old waitress from Carson City was arrested at 4:14 p.m. Thursday on College Parkway on suspicion of driving while license revoked for drunken driving, driving without insurance and expired registration. Bail was set at $1,971.
Lyon County

• Weapon report on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 1:18 p.m.
• Destruction of property report on James Court in Mound House at 6:47 p.m.
• Fire alarm at Silver Stage High School at 7:27 p.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest in the 400 block of South Street in Yerington at 7:38 p.m.
• Threat report on Round Up Road in Fernley at 9:52 p.m.
• Brush fire on Industrial Parkway in Mound House at 10:37 p.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest in the 100 block of West Goldfield Avenue in Yerington at 11:10 p.m.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• A vehicle struck a railroad crossing arm on Waltham Way at 8:58 a.m. A train was not running at the time.
• A semi-truck was stuck on Grizzly Road at 5:07 p.m.
• Report of numerous cars going into American Flats at 6:45 p.m.
• A request for deputies to stand by at the middle school's Halloween carnival at 6:52 p.m.
