The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Kristin Nicole Rink, 18, of Carson City was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Friday in the 4000 block of Hellsbells Drive on suspicion of four counts of felony uttering a forged instrument, four counts of obtaining money under false pretenses and one count of misdemeanor petit larceny. Bail was set at $12,632.
• A 19-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 11:29 p.m. Friday in the 2500 block of Canter Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $237.
• A 45-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 10:23 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $774.
• A 26-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Friday in the 3700 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of obstructed windshield, driving on a suspended license, parking in a handicap space, no proof of insurance and obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $2,025.
• A 37-year-old sign manufacturer from Carson City was arrested at 8:48 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Rand Avenue on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. Bail was set at $899 cash.
Storey County
The following are some of the 39 calls to which deputies responded:
• A report of a man with a gun walking toward a herd of wild horses near Lockwood at 3:34 p.m. Friday.
• A report of someone walking around the Virginia City Cemetery with a flashlight at 8:52 p.m. Friday.
• A report of officers attempting to catch a vehicle whose driver was involved with an incident involving a wild horse in the 1000 block of Wild Horse Canyon Drive at 4:37 a.m. Saturday.
