Missing Persons, Tutone appear at Sparks Nugget

Successful mainstream music in the 1980s was so memorable that it bridged the era and became classics. Performing those hits will be Missing Persons and Tommy Tutone Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Celebrity Showroom at John Ascuaga's Nugget in Sparks.

Tommy Tutone, formed in San Francisco in the late 1970s as "Tommy and the Tu-tones," is known most notably for a 1982 song about dialing a phone and reaching a certain girl on the other end.

Oak Ridge Boys in Sparks
