Ross Jensen of Carson City wrote the Appeal with an unusual offer.
"I have a fantastic 52-foot, well-trimmed New England sycamore tree. I'd love to donate this fantastic tree to a city park.
"This baby started out at 16 feet. I loved her and fertilized her and watered her. She's a gorgeous tree!
"She's way outgrown her confinements. She'd be marvelous in a park.
"I'll give it to ya, if you put the dirt back after you dig her up."
If you're interested in the tree, call Jensen at 841-1243.
