Lyon County and Citizens for Affordable Homes Inc. (CAHI) are still not talking about the agreement they reached on Friday, but details might be coming this week.

Interim County Manager Bob Hadfield said he is waiting for confirmation on some items and then will say more.

CAHI has an office in Dayton near a group of houses it is helping low-income families build. The group says it has the right to operate a sales and construction office there. The county, however, has disagreed, saying the group has to move its office from the residential area on Pine Cone Road by the end of the month.

Requests from the group for a zone change were turned down in 2005 and 2006.

Lyon County government can be reached at (775) 463-6531.

CAHI can be reached at (775) 883-7101.
