• Bully's 3530 N. Carson St., bar/lounge, scored 98 points. Food contact surfaces of equipment or utensils are not clean. Speed guns and holders found in an unsanitary condition.

• Bully's 3530 N. Carson St., restaurant, scored 97 points. Raw patties stored on top of pre-cooked chicken wings. Raw meats must be stored below or separately from pre-cooked and ready to eat foods. Cloths used on food-contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residual, or are not used properly.

• Decades Bar, 1475 Hot Springs Rd #5, bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

• Carl's Jr. Restaurant, 1315 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Smith's Food and Drug, 599 E. William St., meat department, scored 99 points. Floors are not maintained in good repair. Tiles are missing, broken, and/or cracked in various locations.

• Smith's Food and Drug, 599 E. William St., deli department, scored 98 points. At least one employee of this establishment, must be a certified food handler.

• Smith's Food and Drug, 599 E. William St., retail grocery, scored 99 points. The back receiving areas contain litter and debris.

• Sparky's Sports Bar and Grill, 2310 S. Carson St. #4, bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

• Sparky's Sports Bar and Grill, 2310 S. Carson St. #4, restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Arby's, 1122 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 91 points. There is evidence of rodents in the establishment inside storage cabinet. Items are stored on the floor. A bag of onions not correctly stored 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in cooler. Also standing water was found in the cooler. Non-food contact surfaces of fryer equipment are not clean. The back of the fryers were filled with debris. Cleaning and maintenance tools are not properly stored. The mop bucket was found filled with dirty water with the mob in it.

• Governors Field, 500 Evalyn Dr., food facility-fee exempt, scored 100 points.

• Titos Restaurant, 444 E. William St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

• Titos Restaurant, 444 E. William St., bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

• Jack in the Box #7304, 3665 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Feisty Goat, 1881 E. Long St., bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

• Alyssa's, 515 N. Nevada St., caterer, scored 100 points.

• Joe Mango's Cafe, 319 N. Carson St., restaurant, scored 87 points. Readily perishable cold food is held above 46 degrees. Potentially hazardous food in two preparation tables and two milk/beverage cases, found at an internal temperature of 46-66 degrees and is not being maintained at 40 degrees or below. Flies are present in establishment. Non-food contact surfaces that are subject to splash or food debris are not clean. Surfaces include: floor, between equipment, shelves of cabinets, walls and other areas. Garbage/refuse has collected on floor in food preparation area. The establishment or property is littered with painting items, tables, boxes of merchandise and rolled up rugs which obstruct the walkways.
