Three Carson City teens were jailed this morning in the stabbing of another teen while he slept.
Sheriff's Detective Dave Legros, said the 16-year-old victim was asleep on the couch in his family home on Hawaii circle, when 14-year-old and 15-year-old boys from a rival gang entered his home through an unlocked door and attacked him with pocket and kitchen knives.
Investigators said the two then fled to the neighboring home of a friend, where they were found hiding under a bed.
The assailants and their female friend were arrested. The victim was treated and released from the hospital for seven stab wounds.
