The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Craig Joseph Black, 21, Western Nevada Community College student body secretary, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Tuesday in the 3400 block of Imperial Way on suspicion of felony manufacturing drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,364.
• A homeless 19-year-old tile setter was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Saturday on Rose Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor hit and run, minor consuming alcohol and criminal contempt. His bail was set at $1,369.

• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 1:33 a.m.
• Vehicle burglary reports in the 100 block of South Carson Street and 200 block of Tahoe Drive.
• Graffiti reports in the 200 block of Hampton Court and 500 block of East William Street.
• Fraud reports in the 4000 block of Louise Drive, 900 block of South Carson Street and the 1900 block of North Carson Street.
• A red 1988 Toyota pickup was stolen from the 3300 block of Woodside Drive sometime over the weekend.
• An elderly woman walked into an office in the 500 block of Stafford Way and reported she was lost at 12:45 p.m.
• Coroner call on Sentinel Circle at 1:03 p.m.
• A caller reported a woman was jumping around and kicking doors and "acting like she's on meth," at 3:05 p.m. in the 400 block of East Park Street.
• A mother reported at 3:30 p.m. her 17-year-old daughter ran away 15 days ago.
• Accident at North Stewart and Musser streets at 4:03 p.m.
• Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 6:47 p.m.
Lyon County

• Vandalism report in the 900 block of Jill Marie Lane at 9:24 a.m. in Fernley.
• Threat report in the 1900 block of East Fifth Street in Silver Springs at 10:36 a.m.
• A 40-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor in the 300 block of Torrey Pines Road in Dayton Valley.
• A report of "male subject" under the influence of drugs at Silver Stage High School at 2:26 p.m. in Silver Springs.
• Residential burglary report in the 700 block of Red Hawk Drive in Fernley at 3:50 p.m.
• A black Yamaha quad with a red stripe was stolen from the 300 block of Occidental Drive sometime Monday before 5:05 p.m.
Storey County
