There are two candidate forums and three debates scheduled in Nevada.

Forum to be televised live on Charter Channel 19 and C-SPAN and online at ABC News Now at abcnews.go.com.

Nevada Appeal, 580 Mallory Way

seating begins at 10 a.m.

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will stop by the Appeal at 11 a.m., prior to the forum.

Connecticut Sen. Chris Dodd will stop by the Appeal at 1 p.m., following the forum.

Ticket holders for the Nevada Appeal site can pick up tickets from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. today at the Appeal. It is recommended people pick up their tickets in advance.

Schedule changes at community center

The Democratic forum at the Carson City Community Center on Wednesday will cause some inconvenience for those who rely on programs held there. The center will be shut down to the public for security reasons.

• Aerobics and other classes, as well as regular children's programs, must move out for the day.

• The Kinder Program will move to the Kids' Club.

• The Kids' Club and morning Latch Key programs will move to the Carson City Library.

Presidential candidates at Comma Coffee

Presidential candidate Sen. Joe Biden will address Carson City residents at 9:30 a.m. today at Comma Coffee, 312 S. Carson St.

Congressman Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, will also speak 3 p.m. Wednesday at Comma Coffee, following the forum at the community center. Both events are free and open to the public.

College Republicans to hold rally outside Democratic Forum

The College Republicans of Nevada are holding a rally on the lawn of the Community Center preceding Wednesday's Democratic presidential debate.

The rally begins at 10 a.m. and its purpose is to encourage Nevadans to vote Republican in 2008, said George Higgins, chairman of College Republicans of Nevada.
