SB28 changes the date by which certain metropolitan police departments must annually submit a budget for the operation of a 911 emergency telephone system. Room 3143.

• Assembly Judiciary hears presentation on Nevada's Parole and Probation system. Room 3138.

• Assembly Ways and Means reviews budgets of the Governor's Office of Energy Conservation and WICHE and reviews three bills: AB22 authorizes the State Land Registrar to transfer certain real property owned by the State of Nevada to Washoe County and the Sierra Fire Protection District. AB30 revises certain provisions governing the distribution of proceeds from certain administrative assessments. AB85 makes an appropriation to the Judicial Retirement Fund for the unfunded accrued liability for the members of the Judicial Retirement System. Room 3137.

• Senate Human Resources and Education hears four bills: SB52 creates the Governor Guinn Millennium Teaching Scholarship Program. SB63 revises certain fees charged by the Commission on Postsecondary Education. SB64 expands the use of certain allocations made from the Fund for a Healthy Nevada. SB65 revises provisions governing the allocation of money from the Fund for a Healthy Nevada. Room 2135.
