The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• John Nickell, 62, a robot operator from Carson City, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. Sunday in the 3600 block of Arrowhead Drive on suspicion of eight counts of grand larceny. Bail was set at $25,000.
• A 20-year-old framer from Carson City was arrested at 9:25 p.m. Saturday at North Nevada and Adams streets on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, minor consuming alcohol and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,606.
• Hannah Illyene Coburn, 20, a nurse from Carson City was arrested at 5:46 p.m. Saturday in the 70 block of Condor Circle on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery on a police officer, misdemeanor minor consuming alcohol, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,381. Also arrested was a 20-year-old waitress from Carson City on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, minor consuming alcohol and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $3,606.
• An 18-year-old tile worker from Carson City was arrested at 5:13 p.m. Saturday in the 3400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of failure to appear and speeding. Bail was set at $406.
• A 41-year-old unemployed Stateline resident was arrested at 1:35 p.m. Saturday at Carson and Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $500 cash.
• A 31-year-old transient was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at Kansas Street and Industrial Park Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,132.
