A memorial Mass for Julius Correnti, 74, an 11-year Carson City resident, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. A celebration of his life will be at 5 p.m. at the Carson City Elks Lodge.
Mr. Correnti died July 1, 2007, at his home.
He was born Oct. 7, 1932, in New York City to Dominick Correnti and Antoinette Bruno. Mr. Correnti previously lived in Fremont, Calif.
He married Patricia Baldassini on Oct. 11, 1985, at Lake Tahoe.
Mr. Correnti retired from Lockheed-Martin after 30 years as a data analyst. He was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church and an active member of the Carson City Elks Lodge No. 2177.
He enjoyed traveling in his RV, bowling, trap shooting and was an avid Oakland A's and 49ers fan.
Mr. Correnti was preceded in death by his brother Richard and his first wife Anne.
Among his survivors are his wife; sons and daughterÐinÐlaw Steven and Shannon Correnti of Las Vegas; stepsons Larry Ginestra, Steven Ginestra, Lou Ginestra and stepson and wife Gary and Deb Ginestra all of the Bay area; daughter and son-in-law Kim and Jack Aguilar of Tracy, Calif.; sister Josephine Buono of Dover, Del.; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a nephew and niece in Delaware.

Inurnment will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
