The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Luis Chavarin-Ramos, 27, of Carson City, was arrested at 10:31 p.m. Thursday at Carson and Musser streets on suspicion of felony eluding police with death, endangerment or serious injury, misdemeanor hit and run accident with property damage, driving under the influence second offense, no valid driver's license and a misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $8,396.
• A 35-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 2:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Spooner Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer. Bail was set at $407.
• A 22-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of East Long Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.
• A 26-year-old Carson City resident was arrested at 3:55 p.m. Friday in the 4900 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. Bail was set at $500 cash.
• A 42-year-old retail employee from Carson City was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt. Bail was set at $453 cash.
• A 45-year-old transient was arrested at 10:23 a.m. Friday in the 3600 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,369.
• A 31-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 10:20 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Moody Street on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor criminal contempt. Bail was set at $494 cash.
• A 39-year-old mechanic from Carson City was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving with a broken windshield, drunken driving, failure to have driver's license on person. Bail was set at $1,251.
• A 41-year-old cashier from Carson City was arrested at 5:41 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of Knoblock Road on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.
