Robert Allen Woods, 65, a Minden resident for six years, died July 11, 2007, at his home.
Mr. Woods was born June 22, 1942, in Clare Mont, N.H.
He married Diane P. on Dec. 15, 1973. Prior to moving to Minden, he lived in Palmdale, Calif.
He was a doctor of hypnotherapy medicine and naturopathic medicine. He was CEO of G.Y. and N. Nutriment Pharmacology.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1959-63 as a medic. He was a Catholic, and a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Snowmobile Association.
Among his survivors are his wife of Minden; sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Teresa and David Allen and Sandra, and grandson Garret Allen all of Lancaster, Calif.; sister, Bonnie Jean LeBlanc; niece, Christine Chaney; and nephew, Phillip Howard.
Cremation took place at FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City. FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
