Flag day observed

After the ceremony to honor the American flag on Thursday, the 120 delegates to the American Legion Department of Nevada Boys' State will conduct a flag retirement ceremony at 12:45 p.m. today at the Nevada Veterans' Memorial, located between the Capitol and the State Library and Archives. The community is invited to attend the ceremony and bring any flags needing retired.
