The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Timothy Marshall, 24, of Carson City, was arrested at 6:16 p.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of North Edmonds Drive on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,932.
• Christina Borchmann, 45, was arrested at 5:11 p.m. Thursday on warrants charging two counts of misdemeanor failure to comply, three felony counts of uttering a forged instrument, two felony counts of burglary and three felony counts of theft by check. Bail was set at $25,000.
• Steven James Payton, 24, of Carson City, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. Thursday on warrants charging felony fraudulent use of a credit card and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $3,332.

• Graffiti reports on Winnie Lane, South Carson Street, South Harbin Street, Longview Way, Roop Street and Highway 50 East.
• Fraud reports on East Second Street, East Fifth Street and South Carson Street.
• Hit and run accident reports on Baker Drive and East Fifth Street.
• Juvenile runaway reports on Rankin Drive and Dale Drive.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 7:21 a.m.
• A report of out-going mail being stolen from a mailbox on East Fifth Street in Silver Springs at 7:44 a.m.
• A report of a former employee in the 1000 block of Ryegrass in Dayton putting glue in the business' locks at 8:40 a.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest in the 300 block of Emigrant Way in Fernley at 4:04 p.m.
• Robert James Powers, 20, was arrested on a Felony in the 2400 block of Highway 50 East in Dayton at 8:04 p.m.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:
• Traffic citation issued on USA Parkway at 4:35 p.m.
• A report of a black male Labrador dog running loose on Lousetown Road at 10:39 a.m.
• A report of a quad "doing doughnuts" on the baseball field in the snow at Miner's Park at 2:49 p.m.
