Katherine Ann Poh

A memorial service for Katherine Ann Poh, 43, a longtime Crivitz, Wis., resident and three-month Carson City resident, will be 6:30 p.m. today at the Grace Community Church in Carson City.

Mrs. Poh died March 5, 2007, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. She was born April 30, 1963, in Milwaukee to Jerome Gordon and Patricia McCandless.

She married Jeffrey Poh on June 5, 1982, in Sturgeon Bay, Wis.

She graduated from Southern Door High School in Wisconsin, and was a homemaker.

She belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the First Baptist Church in Pound, Wis. She was chairwoman of the County Right to Life Group for more than 20 years.

Among her survivors are her father and mother Patricia Ploor, both of Wisconsin; husband of Wisconsin; sons Jeffrey, Andrew, William, Daniel and David Poh, all of Wisconsin; daughters Samantha and Rebekah Poh, both of Wisconsin; sisters Jane Barr of Wisconsin and Jackie Gordon of Texas; and brothers Jerry and Rick Gordon, both of Wisconsin.

Burial will take place at the First Baptist Cemetery in Pound, Wis.
