A memorial service for Neva Pearl Klassen Imfeld, 81, a Carson City resident since 1966, will be 11 a.m. March 24 at the Capital Baptist Church, 4555 S. Edmonds Dr.
Mrs. Imfeld died March 12, 2007, in Carson City. She was born May 19, 1925, in Salem, Ore., to Dietrich Klassen and Pearl Aust Klassen.
She married Louis Imfeld on Aug. 30, 1954, in Reno.
She was a legal secretary and a homemaker.
She was a member of the Carson City Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary No. 1006 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
She enjoyed cooking, entertaining guests and watercolor painting.
She was preceded in death by sister Beulah and brothers Ralph and Harold.
Among her survivors are her husband of Carson City; sister Mabel Lee of Carson City; daughter and son-in-law Terry and Dale Hammons of San Marcos, Calif.; son and daughter-in-law Ted Imfeld and Susan Meyers of Carson City; one grandson and many extended-family members.
Capitol City Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
