A funeral for Beverly J. Merideth, 57, a 40-year Carson City resident, will be noon Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, C Hill Chapel.
Mrs. Merideth died April 29, 2007, in Reno. She was born July 6, 1949, in Fallon, to Charles and Betty Bacon.
She graduated from Carson High School and was a statistician for the State of Nevada. She retired in 1997.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Among her survivors are daughter and son-in-law Khristy Stewart and Robert Schmid of Carson City; sister Dianne Hopps of Carson City; sister and brother-in-law Barb and Mitch Glazner of Reno; two grandchildren and numerous extended relatives.
Burial will take place at Lone Mountain Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics of Carson City, Attn: Carol Wagdron, P.O. Box 2834, Carson City, NV 89702.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
