The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 23-year-old optician from Carson City was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Monday in the 2400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $287 cash.
• A 22-year-old data-entry clerk from Carson City was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Sunday at College Parkway and Market Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $832 cash.
• A 31-year-old unemployed Yerington resident was arrested at 2:32 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court and failure to appear. Bail was set at $4,959.
• A laborer from Carson City was arrested at 8:28 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,066.
• A 21-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Sunday at Center Street and Clear Creek Road on suspicion of failure to appear. Bail was set at $715 cash.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• A female attempting to use a counterfeit $100 bill in the 3800 block of South Carson Street at 6:52 p.m. Saturday.
• A fight during a party in the 700 block of North Saliman Road at 10:25 p.m. Saturday.
• A mother reported her 15-year-old daughter was having sex with her 19-year-old boyfriend in the 4100 block of Quinn Drive at 3:52 p.m. Sunday.

• Report of a drunk driver on Goldfield Avenue in Mason Valley at 2:13 a.m. Sunday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
• Report of a drunk driver on Highway 95A in Mason Valley at 10:47 a.m. Sunday. A misdemeanor arrest was made.
• Report of graffiti at the Dayton Senior Center at 4:11 p.m. Sunday.
