Kathleen Ann Gallagher, 60, went to be with the Lord Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville. Burial will take place at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden.
Kathleen was born August 1, 1947 in Madison, Wisconsin to Raymond and Marilyn (Ternsted) Gallagher. She has been a resident of Gardnerville for the past several years coming from Telluride, Colorado, where she had worked in retail and Central Reservations. Kathleen enjoyed her grandchildren, scrabble, movies, being in the mountains, her chocolate lab Mary Jane and maintaining her lovely home and the TV show Grey's Anatomy.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Michael and Brenda Blake of Sparks, daughter and son-in-law Alisa and Warren Andrews of Minden, brothers Raymond and Gregory, sisters Lisa, Lori and Lynn and her two grandsons Charlie and Barrett Andrews, step-mother Maxine Gallagher and former husband Bill Blake.
Donations may be made to FitzHenry's Funeral Home to help with expenses.
