About Hawaii: The Warriors are 9-0 for the first time since 1925, and are currently ranked 16th n the BCS, 11th in the Harris Poll, 13th in AP and 12th in ESPN. The Warriors need to get into the top 12 to get a BCS bid ... Quarterback Colt Brennan returned to practice Wednesday, but he still may be a game-time decision after suffering a mild concussion last week after a hit by Fresno State's Marcus Riley. Brennan is currently tied with ex-BYU star for career TD passes (121) and touchdowns responsible for (135) ... Junior wide receiver Davone Bess has 39 TD catches, a school record... Hawaii has won 19 of its last 20 games and seven straight on teh road, but has never beaten Nevada in Nevada in coach June Jones' tenure ... Wide receiver Ryan Grice-Mullen has caught a pass in 46 straight games, and he has 36 catches in the last three games. He currently has 1,080 receiving yards.

In the two previous games, Kaepernick accounted for 864 yards of offense against Boise State and Fresno State, both losses ... Nevada needs to win one of its last three games yto become bowl eligible, and even if its wins out, isn't assured of going to a bowl game. Nevada needs a WAC team to get a BCS bid or needs anoter conference not to be able to fill its allotment of bowl to help in its quest for a third straight bowl bid.
