Snow is falling in Reno and the stuff is sticking making driving slippery, said Trooper Chuck Allen.
A tractor trailer has jackknifed near the Panther Valley exit on Highway 395 North in Reno and traffic is at a standstill from about North McCarran Street, said Allen.
He cautions Carson City drivers who are heading up north to expect delays.
