The Nevada Department of Transportation notes all highways open with no controls, with the exception of Highway 395 through Washoe Valley; due to high winds, campers and trailers are not advised.
Area utility roadwork continues on the south side of Highway 50 East, east of Fairview Drive to Deer Run Road.
Also, on Fairview Drive between South Edmonds and Saliman Road. There are traffic controls and lane reconfiguration. Motorists should drive carefully around any construction zone.
