A memorial service for James Michael Clark Sr., 56, an eight-year Dayton resident, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Capital Christian Center.
Mr. Clark died Sept. 7, 2007, at his home.
He was born Jan. 26, 1951, to Henry and Ruth Clark in Oklahoma City.
Before moving to Dayton, he lived in Modesto, Calif. He married Geré Weaver on Sept. 28, 1985, at Calvary Temple in Modesto.
He was the president of James Gaskets Inc.
He was a member of SAE, Capital Christian Center, vice president of the church board and president of the Capital Christian Center School board. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, traveling to Los Angeles, and missions.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Dolly.
He is survived by his wife of Dayton; sons James Jr., David, and Ryan Clark, all of Dayton; brother and sister-in-law Hank and Lora Clark of Waterford, Calif.; sister Jacalyn Richardson; brother-in-law Steve Richardson; one grandchild; nieces Sarah and Allison Clark and nephew Shane Richardson.
Memorial donations may be made to the Capital Christian Center Building Memorial Fund.
