The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• Patrick Alan Toler, 29, a student from Carson City, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $23,132.
• A 34-year-old appraiser from Carson City was arrested at 5:04 a.m. Tuesday at North Carson and East Rice Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $260.
• A 28-year-old bartender from Carson City was arrested at 2:18 a.m. Tuesday at Tenaya Drive and Tissiac Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $500 cash.
• A 37-year-old iron worker from Carson City was arrested at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for unlawful acts of financial responsibility. Bail was set at $700 cash.
• A 22-year-old waitress from Carson City was arrested at 11:41 p.m. Monday at Russell Way and Northridge Drive on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence, following too closely, and leaving the scene of an accident. Bail was set at $4,329.
Lyon County

• Report of a drunken driver on Airpark Vista Boulevard in Dayton Valley at 6:23 a.m. Monday.
• Report of malicious mischief in the 2800 block of Highway 208 in Smith Valley at 9:28 a.m. Monday.
• Report of a commercial burglary on Newman Lane in Mound House at 11:32 a.m. Monday.
• Domestic dispute reports on Derek Circle, Almond Avenue, Meadow Circle and Esmeralda Avenue.
Storey County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:
• Report of a domestic dispute on Huckleberry Way at 12:35 a.m. Monday.
• Report of a drunken driver at the Waltham Way railroad crossing at 7:10 a.m. Monday.
• Report of theft on Q Street at 11:54 a.m. Monday. An arrest was made.
