Civil War Encampment, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Fort Churchill State Historic Park, 1000 Highway 95A, Silver Springs. Nevada Civil War Volunteers present a Civil War living history encampment of the daily routines of soldiers and civilians. Flat Track Racing at Thunder Bowl, 5 p.m. Saturday at Thunder Bowl Speedway, Thunder Road off Industrial Road, Mound House.
