Carson City
The following people were arrested and booked into Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 40-year-old Carson woman was arrested at 2 p.m.. Saturday at the intersection of Woodside and Monte Rosa drives on suspicion of three counts of violating a suspended sentence, driving with a suspended license and disobeying a traffic control device. Bail was set $9,800.
• A 35-year-old Carson man was arrested at 4 p.m. Saturday on the 500 block of South Roop Street on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, doing so with no insurance and having a suspended vehicle registration. Bail was set at $1,400.
• A 23-year-old Carson man was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Saturday on the 2200 block of Marilyns Way on suspicion of DUI and driving without a license. Bail was set at $1,400.
• A 62-year-old Silver City man was arrested at 7:01 p.m. Saturday on the 2700 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of DUI and driving with a suspended registration. Bail was set at $1,240.
• A 21-year-old Carson man was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Saturday on the 1600 block of Airport Road on suspicion of violent interference with a police officer. Bail was sat at $2,500.
• A 22-year-old Carson man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on the 3400 block of North Roop Street on suspicion of domestic battery and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $4,132.
• Oscar Franco, an 18-year-old Dayton man, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on the 500 block of East William Street on suspicion of felony possession of a prescription drug without a prescription and for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Franco allegedly was carrying hydrocodone pills and said he was trying to sell then to get money for cigarettes. When Franco's father was contacted, he said the pills were his. Bail was set at $2,900.
Lyon County
Sheriff's deputies received the following calls Saturday.
• A woman said her estranged husband was in her house with a camera and a gun at 4:12 p.m. on the 400 block of Occidental Drive.
• A man reported his mountain bike was stolen at 6:10 p.m. on the 300 block of Gazzigli Lane.
• A man and woman were reported to be in a heated verbal argument at 10:15 p.m. at the 1400 block of East 5th Street.
