Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:
• Michael T. Fowler, 20, unemployed of Dayton, was arrested at 3 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of counterfeit drugs and misdemeanor battery. Bail was set at $5,650.
• Joshua Terry Stephens, 24, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.
• A 44-year-old transient was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of obstructing officers after she was found sleeping inside a shed on the abandoned K-Mart property in North Carson. Bail was set at $407.
• A 70-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor trespassing. Her bail was set at $237.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• A 2003 Chevy Cavalier four-door sedan was reported stolen from Green Court.
• A man told police he spotted his assailant from two weeks ago inside a William Street bar at 12:42 a.m. Officers arrived and initially were unable to locate the suspect, until they found him hiding inside the bar in a back room.
• Officers located a vehicle with "lots of brass pipe in the back seat" in the Wal-Mart parking lot at 1:06 a.m. Deputies also found three trailers with the locks cut off. The vehicle was impounded.
• A woman reported at 1:11 a.m. that a man was on her porch vomiting. The man then laid down on a chair and officers found him there, where he was attempting to sleep it off. He was arrested.
• Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard at 4:26 a.m.
• Report of a rear license plate stolen from a vehicle in the 1300 block of Camille Drive sometime before 12:52 p.m.
• Head-on collision between two vehicles at Valley View and Edmonds drives at 12:56 p.m. One person complained of neck and leg pain.
• A woman reported at 4:44 p.m. that her rear window was shot out of her car as she drove near the Cinderlite Pit on Goni Road.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:
• Children at a bus stop near Cheyenne Trail in Stagecoach heard people yelling and a boom at 6:59 a.m. Officers located a domestic dispute.
• A caller reported a sensor light on their property on E Street in Fernley at dismantled and stolen.
• Windows were broken on a modular building on Dayton Valley Road.
• A caller in Mark Twain reported their identity had been stolen.
• Report of a student punching another student at Fernley Adult Education on Highway 95 Alternate.
• A Fernley mother reported her intoxicated 14-year-old to police at 6:01 p.m.
