Carson City


The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• James Randall Green, 37, a salesman from Carson City, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Fourth Street on suspicion of felony failure to appear after admission to bail. No bail was set.


• A 57-year-old casino dealer from Las Vegas was arrested at 11:26 p.m. Monday on South Saliman Road on a Clark County warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor unlawful use of an emergency telephone number. Bail was set at $1,000.


• A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $5,000.


• A 24-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 10:30 a.m. in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny. He allegedly asked a woman at a convenience store for a ride. The woman agreed, and as she dropped him off in front of an apartment complex, he grabbed $70 from her purse and fled. His bail was set at $347.


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Orange construction signs were stolen near Big O Tires sometime overnight.


• A 1987 Chevy Camaro was reported missing from the 1300 block of Ashby Court.


• A state employee reported prescription medication was missing from her desk on Technology Way at 2:56 p.m.


• Residential burglary report in the 200 block of Gold Hill Drive at 4:50 p.m.


• Accident at King and Roop streets at 5:17 p.m.


• A woman reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle around 7:47 p.m. in the 4100 block of South Carson Street.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Silver Springs at 1:55 a.m.


• Vehicle burglary report on Fall Street in Fernley at 9:42 a.m.


• Accident with injury on State Route 342 in Silver City at 2:12 p.m.


• Residential structure fire on Jenny's Lane in Fernley at 2:54 p.m.


• Felony arrest on Main Street in Fernley at 10 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A Enterprise Road caller reported there was a strange dog in the garage that would not leave at 8:58 a.m.


• Report of a dump trailer stolen from Peru Drive sometime since last Friday.
