Dan Kelly has converted his Carson City front yard into the North Pole - but this one isn't as cold. There is Santa, Rudolph and four of his reindeer, a pair of elves. "We are just after the spirit of Christmas for the children. I think we should all do our part to keep up some of the traditions."
