A fraud: Miss Graham, so-called spiritual medium, held a seance at Piper's Opera House. Miss Graham was assisted by Mr. Anderson, a slight of hand performer. From the time the curtain rose until its final drop, nothing but deception of the most apparent and diabolical character was presented to an audience of sane people. To cap the climax, Aschiem and another tonsorial artist were quite conspicuous on the stage " in front and behind the rag cabinet " and were utilized as spirit forms of various defuncts. Luckily for all concerned that the stores where nice, round, odoriferous eggs are to be obtained were closed.

The pedestrians stopped to see what the teamster was going to do with it when he suddenly tossed it off upon the side walks. All the spectators died right there.
