Thomas James Countis, 87, of Carson City, died Dec. 21, 2008. He was born Nov. 1, 1921 in Centerville, Iowa. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Monday, December 29, 2008 at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Burial will be in Lone Mountain Cemetery. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
