On Jan. 21, fans will have their first chance to interact with Reno Aces skipper Brett Butler when the club partners with the Reno-Sparks Chamber of Commerce for its Meet the Manager dinner, to be held at the Reno Ballroom.
Butler and Branch Rickey, president of the Pacific Coast League, will be on-hand to speak at the club's premier offseason event.
"We're thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce our manager Brett Butler to the Reno community," said Stuart Katzoff, managing partner of the Reno Aces. "Our Meet the Manager dinner is another way for our ballclub to become intertwined with the City of Reno and to be accessible to its residents."
Tickets for the event may be purchased individually or per 10-person table. Individual tickets are $50 and include a seat at the event, an upscale dinner and a complimentary raffle ticket.
Tables are available for $750. A table sponsorship includes 10 tickets to the dinner, four passes to a VIP Meet and Greet with Butler and Rickey, four additional raffle tickets, mention in the event program and a special gift.

Butler, who played 17 seasons in the Major Leagues, was a 1991 National League All-Star as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers and helped lead the 1989 San Francisco Giants to the National League pennant. The 2009 season will be Butler's fifth season in the Arizona Diamondbacks organization and first at the Triple-A level.
Rickey is the grandson of Branch Rickey, whose numerous contributions to the game of baseball include the signing of Jackie Robinson and the creation of the modern-day minor league system. Branch III was instrumental in bringing Triple-A Baseball to Reno.
The Reno Ballroom, the city's newest and largest downtown ballroom, is located at 50 E. 4th St. on the northwest corner of 4th and Center Streets.
The Reno Aces Baseball Club, Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks, was purchased in 2007 by SK Baseball, led by Managing Partner Stuart Katzoff. The club's downtown ballpark will be the centerpiece of an exciting Freight House District that includes retail, dining and nightlife venues.
