Robert W. Costley Jr., 63, of Carson City, died Dec. 23, 2008 in Carson City. He was born Aug. 11, 1945 in San Bernardino, Calif. Among his survivors are mother Betty Costley; sisters Sandra Stemples and Mary Raufman; children Susan Brown, Robert Brown, Regina Balvan and Shannon Costley, and 15 grandchildren. A private service will be held. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
