Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
- A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 4:07 a.m. Monday in the 500 block of Meridian Court on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence, minor consuming alcohol, drunken pedestrian, interference with a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,568.
- Jesse Vickers, 19, of Mound House, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Sunday in the 1900 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $16,132.
- A 37-year-old salesman from Carson City was arrested at 8:16 p.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor petty larceny and possession of stolen property. He allegedly stole a 9-year-old girl's cell phone from a restaurant table, then sent text messages to her father which read, "U R so hot," according to the arrest report.
- Aaron Vince Agosta, 28, a Tahoe ski resort employee from Gardnerville, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. Sunday in the 4300 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony probation violation, misdemeanor obstructing a peace officer and possession of a hypodermic needle. He allegedly carried a magazine into a dressing room at an adult store and when he emerged his zipper was down. The clerk called police and officers allegedly found the needle in his pocket, a porn DVD under his clothes and an adult magazine stuffed in his pant leg, according to the arrest report. No bail was set.
- Mia Sarissa Andersen, 34, a retail employee from Carson City, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. Saturday at Stewart and Spear streets on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use a turn signal. Bail was set at $3,699.
- Jason William Boehner, 34, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Saturday on warrant for suspicion of felony theft. Bail was set at $15,000.
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
- Report of a man assaulted inside a bar on Curry Street at 12:11 a.m.
- Accident at East Fifth Street and Fairview Drive at 10:50 a.m.
- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 2:48 p.m.
- A man reported at 3 p.m. that his girlfriend "smashed him in the face" with a glass.
- A hospital employee reported at 3:43 p.m. that a patient left the hospital with an IV still in her arm. The hospital wanted the patient located so she could return to the hospital to have the IV removed. When police located the woman she said she'd already removed the IV.
- Coroner call at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center at 4:14 p.m.
- A fast food clerk reported at 11:14 p.m. that a customer acted like he was going to hit the employee and he was yelling outside the business. The customer was intoxicated and taken into civil protective custody.
- Report of a car window on Medical Parkway smashed and items stolen at 11:17 p.m.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:
- Arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 2:53 a.m.
- Felony arrest on Jordan Court in Fernley at 3:18 a.m.
- Misdemeanor arrest on Main Street at 4:12 a.m. in Fernley.
- Accident on Highway 341 in Mound House at 5:29 p.m.
- Misdemeanor arrest on Purple Sage Drive in Yerington at 6:35 p.m.
