Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare Auxiliary will honor all the 2007 nursing scholarship recipients: First year, Davia Eakins, Kevin Watts, Ciera Staggs, Olena Neisingh and Sarah Parsons; second year, Lisa Perry and Rebecca Ray. The final three $800 scholarships were awarded in January to Debra Jones, Heather Logsdon and Sandra Sanchez, all second year students.

Congratulations to these individuals, it is a hard program and you and your families should be very proud. Also the CTRHA will host the same day the annual baby shower for the auxiliary's Layette Program. If you would like to attend to help honor these hard working students, or drop off some diapers, clothing or baby bottles, call the number below.

Pam Graber gets straight to the point, "The donation of the car is nothing short of unbelievable. We are so grateful to Dick and also to Vicki at Glen Eagles for helping us with this great event."

Celebrity Docs is a fundraiser where local doctors replace the usual bartenders and waitstaff. I imagine it's pretty hilarious. This event is not for a while but what you can do right now is purchase tickets to win of a 2008 Toyota Corolla LE. You can swing by Glen Eagles, check out the car and purchase tickets from Vicki. Tickets are also available at any of Dick Campagni's Dealerships. This event is an annual event to assist the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center.
